These terms cover your use of ViceGuide (vice.guide), run by Quira Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (registration no. HE 497679), Apostolou Pavlou 16, 2nd floor, Office 201, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus ("we"). By using it, you agree to them.
What ViceGuide is
ViceGuide is an independent fan-made AI guide for Grand Theft Auto VI. It isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are their trademarks.
AI answers can be wrong
Answers are generated by AI from our knowledge base and public sources. They can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, especially before and right after the game's release. Use them as tips, not guarantees. If an answer is wrong, tap 👎 and we'll look at it.
Your account
- You need to be at least 16 years old.
- Sign-in is by a code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure.
- One person per account. Don't create accounts to get around limits.
Fair use
Don't use ViceGuide to:
- cheat in online modes, exploit bugs that hurt other players, or hack accounts or in-game money;
- get or share pirated copies of games;
- scrape the service, run bots against it, or overload it;
- break the law or harass anyone.
We can limit or close accounts that do.
Free and paid plans
The free plan includes a limited number of questions per day. Paid options give more questions per day:
- Season Pass: a single payment for 90 days of access, up to 40 questions a day. It doesn't renew.
- Launch Pass: a single payment for 7 days of access, up to 20 questions a day. It doesn't renew.
- Pro: a monthly subscription, up to 30 questions a day, that renews automatically until you cancel.
- Extra questions (+50 / +100): a single payment, available only while a pass or Pro is active. Extra questions are used only after the day's limit is reached and don't expire. A question whose answer fails on our side is given back. Extra questions have no cash value and can't be transferred.
Passes stack: a pass bought while another is running starts when the current one ends. Passes bought before October 28, 2026 keep the daily limit they were sold with. Hands-free voice mode comes with paid plans. Fair use: after 20 answers in a day that needed a live web search, answers that day come from our own checked facts without a new search.
Prices are shown in euros before you pay and include VAT where it applies. Daily limits reset at midnight UTC and unused daily questions don't carry over (extra questions bought as a pack do).
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. A Pro subscription is charged at the start of each monthly period. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and you keep Pro for a short grace period before it ends.
Cancelling Pro
You can cancel at any time from the menu in the app ("Pro" → "Manage"). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. A paid plan is digital content that starts right after payment, so before checkout we ask you to agree that access starts immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has started. If you don't agree, you can't complete the purchase.
If something went wrong (for example, you were charged twice or the service didn't work), write to support@vice.guide and we'll sort it out, including a refund where that's fair.
Content
You keep the rights to what you write. You let us store and process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. ViceGuide's design, texts and knowledge base are ours.
Availability and liability
We provide ViceGuide "as is" and may change, pause or end features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date below and tell signed-in players. Questions: support@vice.guide.
